How checkout works
Festivelly does not use an automated online cart/checkout system. Orders are confirmed manually to ensure product availability and careful packing of festive décor items.
Step-by-step process
- Browse the catalogue: Explore products on our website and catalogue pages.
- Share your order on WhatsApp: Send the products you want along with quantity/preferences.
- Order confirmation: We confirm availability, pricing, and delivery details.
- Invoice & payment link: You receive a GST invoice and a secure payment link issued by Super Trading Company.
- Payment completion: You complete payment using the payment link.
- Dispatch: After payment confirmation, your order is packed and dispatched.
Local delivery via third-party courier
For local deliveries, we may arrange delivery through third-party courier services such as Porter or Uber Courier, depending on availability and delivery location.
- Courier charges are calculated based on distance, size, and time.
- Delivery charges are payable by the customer directly to the courier partner.
- Festivelly / Super Trading Company is not responsible for pricing set by third-party courier services.
Payment notes
- Payments are accepted only via the official payment link/shared payment method provided at the time of order confirmation.
- Your order is considered confirmed only after payment is received (unless explicitly agreed otherwise).
